You will have proven success in construction health and safety management, backed by relevant tertiary qualifications, a solid understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to positively interact and influence others in a wide range of roles.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing HSE leadership and guidance to company operations and projects.
- Provide environmental management advice to site supervisors and project managers.
- Ensure environmental plan requirements are implemented at the sites.
- Point of contact for outside regulators & clients
- Ensure the Company’s Hazard and Risk Management practices and processes are implemented.

The successful candidate will have:
- Over 2 years OH&S experience within the construction industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety
- Knowledge of and ability to liase with government departments on environmental and compliance issues
- Risk management and auditing skills
- Strong communication skills combined with the ability to influence, motivate and guide others
- A stable work history
