This company has been providing business solutions to small and medium business (SMB) since 1990. They are part of the success of many Australian businesses; helping our clients to navigate the business infrastructure maze - whether through business software, financial accounting software, eCommerce, IT infrastructure or e-Business decisions.
We are looking for an experienced IT support person to join this vibrant team to provide support in Arrows Business Solution Program. Majority of your work will be Off-Site dealing with clients implementing software. You will not be Cold Calling, all leads are supplied.
As the successful applicant for this role, you will have proven consulting experience in managing specific clients that have their own accounting programs such as Arrow, MYOB or similar. You must enjoy working with a range of client and possess strong written, communication and face to face skills.
Training will be provided for the right applicant.
You must have:
- Min 3 years experience in IT support with Arrow, Crystal Reports, Quickform, Data Flex, SQL Database and others similar accounting software products.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of SQL or ERP systems
- Good business accruement
- Excellent problem solving
- Ability to train clients
