They are currently expanding & looking for a talented individual to work closely with their integration team as a critical player in their Application Support Team, supporting cutting-edge, real-time financial applications.

The Role
The successful candidate will play an integral role in their support team, supporting their real-time financial applications for international clients. T his role is not for the faint-hearted, as they are ideally looking for a Junior with exceptional communication skills & some experience in application or desktop support.

It should be noted that they have a totally flat organizational structure, so you will be given the opportunity to work closely with the Support Manager in taking their service capability to the next level (including helping to define and implement new procedures & processes).

The Candidate
You are a talented junior/graduate with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and relate to customers from a wide variety of cultures & background.

Ideally, you will have experience in supporting mission-critical applications and some experience with Perl, Shell and/or C++.

However, most importantly - you are passionate about finance & the opportunity to work closely with critical organisations & individuals within the global world of finance!
