You will be responsible for delivering high quality business consulting and training services to clients in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be part of the broader business consulting team and will provide consulting services to customers. This position will be responsible for conducting workflow and implementation workshops, system design, user training and providing quality customer service in assigned product applications.

Highly desirable: Implementation consultants with demonstrated skills with financial or ERP software such as: PeopleSoft, Epicor, Greentree, Sage Accpac, Microsoft Great Plains and/or Dynamics AX (similar applications welcome)

Requirements include:

- Software knowledge of modules: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Time Management, Billing, etc.
- Software implementation, support and training experience
- Provide product related advice assistance training and workshops
- Gathering and analysing client business requirements, process improvement, mapping of requirements to our clients product solution
- Being on-site during the post live phase and first month-end to ensure smooth transition
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organisational skills and ability to manage various concurrently running activities/projects
- Good work ethic and Customer service orientated
- Exposure to Financial and/or Professional Services preferred
